Grateful Tree

It's a misty Monday morning and I'm enjoying looking at the grateful tree we made last week on family night.

It used to be a spooky tree. See?
And soon it will be adorned with sparkly, glittery ornaments and ribbon. But for now it's covered in "I am grateful for" leaves.

{Grown up version, 4 1/2 year old version, 2 1/2 year old version}

Last year it was a paper chain, and maybe next year it will be something different. I don't care what shape it takes; I just want to remember this tradition every year. It makes us stop and consider all we have to be exceedingly grateful for. And it is SO.MUCH.

What are you doing this year to celebrate gratitude?

We made a banner of leaves and wrote something that we were grateful for on each one and hung it over our fireplace.

So cute! What a great family tradition. I'm curious, did you cut out those leaf shapes yourself or did you buy them from somewhere? I think I may have to quickly whip up a grateful tree too! Thanks for the inspiration!

We normally do a tree, but I've been off my game with the Thanksgiving decor. Tonight I started a jar so that we can add some comments about why we are thankful for the people in our family. We'll read those out loud on Thanksgiving day. Even though I feel like it was a 'last ditch' effort, I think it will be a good change for us. My kids get lots of thankful thoughts about things as we talk about them during prayers. We're not accustomed to talking about the members of our family, so I'm excited to see what we all come up with.

By the way, it's not all about me. So sorry! That was a little self-centered. I really like the tree you did. It's different from others I've seen and really tree-like. I love that the leaves dangle from the branches. In front of the window it blends right in with the outdoors. Very creative!

you are wonderful! Dr john I had used other spellcasters and nothing worked. I was ready to give up. I had lost my job and my boyfriend had left me. I had you cast a custom spell for me, and it turned my life around. Within 2days of the spell casting I had a new job and a new boyfriend. I'm so grateful that I found you Dr john before I gave up. I cannot thank you enough, I've recommended you to all of my girlfriends!

What a wonderful spell caster you are..
Life would have been useless without you.
I hear so much about you on the Internet,Radio and TV stations.
My wife left me since October 2012 after a little misunderstanding.
I have never heard from her since then because she changed her number. So many casters has collected my money without doing anything.
I contact Dr john last week Tuesday and i explained to him and he assured me that she will come back to me.
After the third day, she came back home begging me and bought me a Jeep as a Reconciliation gift.
We are back and in good terms now.
He is truthful and straight forward.
His email address is ( )
Thank you so much again, i will also look for a way to talk about you on News Paper because you are powerful.
